We're a company that draws on a combined heritage of more than 450 years of innovation and excellence with our Hill-Rom, Liko, Trumpf Medical, Welch Allyn, Aspen and Allen product brands, to provide solutions that enhance outcomes for patients and their caregivers.

Our roots are in the ideas first set forth in 1929 by our founder William A. Hillenbrand, who had a dream to "bring the home into the hospital." Since that time, we have become an industry leader and a trusted partner to health care providers, caregivers, and patients around the world. We bring passion, dedication and innovation that matters in making a difference in the lives of those we touch.

With operations in the United Kingdom and the USA, the medical products manufacturer Aspen enhances the complementary product range of Hill-Rom. Aspen® can trace its roots back to 1730 and has been a part of Hill-Rom since 2012. Today, the company boasts a global production of surgical blades and scalpels, including the Bard-Parker™ scalpel that sells in excess of 115 million units per year. The product range is augmented with surgical markers and other medical fluid and safety products. With this product range, Aspen provides comprehensive assistance for the prevention and treatment of injuries and infections, falls and slips in the OR. Additionally Aspen offers a range of ophthalmic and wound care products via its Aspen Medical business.
