Our Technology
HALYARD* POWERGUARD* Technology POWERGUARD* Technology protects your trays with greater than a 99.9% barrier. All HALYARD* sterilisation packaging material is treated with this unique process, which infuses the wrap fabric with electric micro-fields surrounding the Meltblown fibres. This network of charged fibres forms gradients within the fabric structure, enabling highly effective microbial capture and retention. These properties are maintained through sterilisation, distribution, and storage, ensuring long-term sterility and reducing contamination risks.
