WELCH ALLYN has developed the new Spot Vital Signs LXi – said to be the industry’s fastest multi-parameter spot check device that can be customised for use in a variety of clinical settings.
Accurate capture of vital signs
The product incorporates SureBP technology which measures on inflation, taking accurate blood pressure readings in approximately 15 seconds – which is about half the time of any other spot check device available today, as well as an improvement in patient comfort. The Spot Vital Signs LXi is extremely versatile with numerous parameters and options, but also provides the flexibility to customise the equipment to suit specific requirements. It offers the latest blood pressure, temperature and SpO2 technology as well as a number of other features such as manual entry of weight, height and respiration rate. In addition to capturing accurate vital signs, the device also offers wired or wireless connectivity to Electronic Medical Records, reducing the chance for data entry omissions or errors.
