The CritiCool patient cooling system is currently used in ICUs, PICUs and NICUs and A&E for controlled, induced mild hypothermia. Allon 2001, specifically designed for maintaining normothermia, is a new introduction to the UK market but already has an established reputation worldwide for maintaining normothermia in extended OR procedures. Specifically designed garments – Thermo Wrap, Cure Wrap, Cardiac Wrap and Universal Wrap – used with the systems provide three-dimensional body coverage for the best possible heat exchange between patient and system.
