A highlight of the DIVERSEY stand will be new disposable Soft Care Body Wash Gloves which incorporate a blend of surfactants, impregnated into the wipe and formulated to be safe and gentle for the patient and carer during prolonged contact.
Research conducted by Diversey has demonstrated the infection control, occupational health and cost-saving benefits of cleaning patients in care homes and hospitals with disposable wipes instead of traditional soap and water. Also featured will be Soft Care Med H5 alcohol hand rub, designed for frequent use and maximum user acceptability to encourage hand hygiene compliance. It is effective against infections including E. coli, norovirus, influenza A (H1N1), rotavirus, hepatitis B, HIV, MRSA and other common infections. Tested independently, it is available from the NHS national contracts in England (NHS Supply Chain), Scotland and Wales.
