STERIS CORPORATION will be showing its new fast-cycle Amsco V-PRO 1 Plus low temperature sterilization system for healthcare environments.
This vaporised hydrogen peroxide system has been developed using the knowledge gained from customers operating the original Amsco V-PRO 1 steriliser. John Mills, EMEA marketing director – low temperature sterilisation at STERIS, explains: “We understood that the large square chamber of the V-PRO 1 system was an important productivity booster for our customers. However, the majority of the items processed each day were nonlumened devices, such as cameras, cables, batteries, telescopes and defibrillator paddles, and we saw the opportunity to develop a new, shorter cycle to further increase productivity.”
