The Clinical Engineering Team of the Year Award is now open for entries. Interested entrants need to identify examples of team projects that have made a difference to your department or Hospital and brought innovation to the use, management or implementation of medical devices.
There are no limits to the type of project – it just needs to have had a positive impact. The competition has expanded to include more opportunities. The overall winner will receive a donation of Welch Allyn equipment to the value of £1,500 as well as a £1,000 training fund. In addition, the winning team will be presented with their award at the annual “Completing the Picture” meeting. Winners will also be invited to dinner and accommodation will be provided. A runner up will receive a donation of Welch Allyn equipment to the value of £1,000 as well as a £500 training fund. Entry deadline is 7 May.
