LIFETEC MEDICAL LIMITED (LifeTec) has taken over full distribution rights for Nihon Kohden diagnostic ECG machines and patient monitoring products within England and Wales.
The company is now responsible for all product sales, customer and technical service for the Nihon Kohden brand. Medilink Services will continue to be responsible for the Nihon Kohden ECG recorder and patient monitoring products within Scotland and Ireland, via their respective operations in Kilmarnock, Belfast and Dublin. LifeTec has also achieved No. 1 supplier rank status in the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency framework agreement contract for its FMT brand of compatible SpO2 sensors and extension cables. LifeTec also succeeded in having its FMT branded ECG monitoring and diagnostic 10 lead ECG cables and lead wires included in the framework agreement. In addition, LifeTec’s distribution partner in Scotland, Medilink Services (UK), was awarded inclusion into the Common Services Agency Contract for the supply of pulse oximetry consumables to all NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority.
