The British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN) has announced a free study day aimed at urology and oncology nurses working in both the community and the acute sector, as well as nursing professionals with an interest in the management and treatment of prostate cancers.
This programme held on 8th July in Southampton has been developed by the British Association of Urological Nurses (BAUN). The day is being chaired by the BAUN President – Lucinda Poulton and speakers invited include Dr Terresa Guerro-Urbano, Consultant Uro-Oncologist, Basingstoke, Mr Matt Hayes, Consultant Urologist, Southampton, Helen Johnson, Urology CNS, Salford Royal Hospital, Nikki Pereira – Prostate cancer nurse specialist, Frimley Park Hospital and many other high profile speakers. It is free to all healthcare workers and includes educational handouts, and catering provision.
