EBME Expo 2026 is fast approaching and promises to be the largest edition yet with more than 200 exhibitors taking part. Businesses are coming from across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America, including Turkiye, Germany, US, Italy, Pakistan, Holland and India, and a special feature will be a pavilion showcasing med-tech manufacturers and suppliers from China.
EBME Expo (https://www.ebme-expo.com/) has grown significantly since its launch in 2010. This year’s event, taking place on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June 2026 at Coventry Building Society Arena, offers unparalleled learning experiences across 5 separate CPD-accredited conferences and fantastic networking opportunities. More than 2,500 delegates involved in specifying, purchasing, and managing medical equipment will take part.
Based on 2025 figures, more than a third of those attending are clinical engineers (34%), while procurement teams (15%), NHS Supply Chain (13%), theatre and IT leads (17%), as well as importers and distributors (14%) are other major attendee categories. Visitors include senior NHS managers, buyers and procurement professionals, hospital management, head clinicians and practitioners, biomedical and clinical engineers, and inventory control analysts.
EBME Expo has been organised by BtoB Events since 2022. Exhibition Manager, Sunel Ahmed comments: “The EBME Expo is the UK’s only exhibition where you can showcase your medical technology and solutions to the professionals shaping the next generation of NHS hospitals.
“We are delighted that more than 200 businesses ranging from niche, very specialist SMEs to leading international healthcare equipment companies recognise the significance of EBME Expo as the UK’s must-attend event.
“The NHS in England budget for 2026-27 is in excess of £215 billion.1 With £64 billion being invested through the NHS New Hospitals Programme, exhibiting provides a clear opportunity to position your solutions within upcoming hospital projects and procurement pipelines.”
