The U GROUP units fully conform to the NHS Technical Memorandum No 83 for Fire Safety.
The long-life range, with a fiveyear guarantee, can be steam washed, dry or wet, jet cleaned and can be fully disassembled for deep clean operations. In addition, cleansing agents such as chloride or bleach based products have no detrimental effect on the units. A silent closing option was added in 2008, which is ideal for ITU, HDU, Paediatrics’ and Geriatric departments. Permanent, moulded-in graphics on the lid eliminate sticky labels which can catch dirt and allow the tracking of infections.
