This innovative solution offers a ready-to-use, highly effective alternative to other wipes-based systems, offering cost savings of up to 40%. Gigasept powerSET3 provides a complete decontamination cycle for reprocessing non and semi-critical ultrasonic probes including transvaginal, transrectal, transoesophageal echocardiography, non-invasive ultrasound probes; and flexible endoscopes without channels such as intubation endoscopes, cystoscopes and nasoscopes.

- Step 2: Disinfection Wipe – Features an antimicrobial solution based on peracetic acid for effective disinfection, without the need for pre-activation.
- Step 3: Rinsing Wipe – Uses de-ionized water to safely remove any remaining disinfectant residues.
Many medical devices, particularly ultrasonic probes and flexible endoscopes without channels, are not fully immersible; and automated reprocessing is not an option, therefore manual wipes-based reprocessing has become standard for decontaminating these devices. gigasept powerSET3 optimises the process and combines maximum safety, traceability, and efficiency with considerable cost savings.
