Ergéa UK and Newton’s Tree launch new partnership to deliver AI-enabled managed equipment services

Ergéa, a leading provider of vendor-neutral Managed Equipment Services (MES), and Newton’s Tree, the first enterprise-wide AI platform for hospitals, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming healthcare organisations through integrated, AI-enabled digital solutions.

This collaboration brings together Ergéa’s expertise in lifecycle management of medical equipment and Newton’s Tree’s cutting-edge platform for deploying and monitoring AI applications across clinical and operational domains (newtonstree.ai). Together, they will deliver a comprehensive, vendor-neutral MES offering that empowers NHS Trusts to optimise care delivery, improve health outcomes, and drive organisational effectiveness.

The partnership enables seamless integration of AI into clinical workflows, supporting decision-making and enhancing patient safety. Newton’s Tree’s platform is designed to support both imaging and non-imaging AI applications, including NLP and generative AI, with robust monitoring for clinical safety. Combined with Ergéa’s transformation services, clinicians gain access to intelligent, interoperable systems that elevate care standards.

This vendor-neutral approach simplifies the deployment and oversight of AI across hospital estates. Newton’s Tree offers a unified platform for managing in-house and third-party AI applications, eliminating the need for fragmented configurations. Ergéa complements this with bespoke digital infrastructure planning and MES integration, ensuring scalable and secure technology adoption.

The partnership aims to deliver cost-effective solutions that align with strategic and financial goals. Newton’s Tree’s deployment model reduces integration costs to zero, while Ergéa’s MES framework ensures long-term value through evidence-based transformation and operational efficiency. This joint offering supports Trusts in achieving sustainable outcomes without vendor lock-in.

Marking this occasion, Dr. Ismael Gauci, Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Ergea said, “Our shared mission is to provide our customers with integrated digital solutions that increase their organisational effectiveness and optimise care delivery to improve health outcomes. This partnership exemplifies that commitment - combining AI innovation with trusted MES delivery to unlock the full potential of healthcare.”

Newton’s Tree CEO, Haris Shuaib said: “This partnership with Ergéa represents a major step forward in enabling AI to drive real impact across UK healthcare systems. By combining our AI platform with Ergéa’s trusted MES expertise, we’re delivering a scalable, vendor-neutral solution that empowers clinicians and healthcare leaders to adopt AI with confidence, improve outcomes, and future-proof digital transformation efforts.”
