Surgical Holdings will showcase its full range of medical device repair, testing, and tracking solutions at EBME Expo 2025, helping hospitals improve patient safety and sustainability.
A key launch at the event is the MedZense LG20-e - the first light transmission tester that objectively assesses endoscope light quality across the visible spectrum. As well as the DIATEG Professional diathermy tester that can eliminate any possible doubt regarding the integrity of the insulation layer on electrosurgical instruments.
The company will also showcase its in-house repair services for surgical instruments, rigid endoscopes, orthopaedic power tools including Stryker Systems 6, 7, and 8, and ultrasound probes, offering cost savings of up to 60% compared to new.
Surgical Holdings’ permanent laser marking enhances instrument traceability, while their flexible tracking solutions support hospitals with or without existing systems. Their diathermy tester detects insulation damage such as cracks or pinholes reducing the risk of internal burns.
All repairs are completed at their Southend facility using advanced technology and traceable, high-quality components, including German-made fibre optics.
