Warwick SASCo has announced that the company has been acquired by Karnell Group AB (Sweden). Darby Booth, who will continue as Managing Director under the new ownership, said the investment is good news for the future growth and longevity of the business.
The company, which has been a leader in reusable medical polyware for over four decades, said that the purchase is "a positive indication of Warwick SASCo’s industry position" and "testifies to the strength of relationships, both in the United Kingdom and overseas, with supply partners and customers". Warwick SASCo’s product range for specific healthcare sectors is widely known in hospitals, sterile services, operating surgeries, and care homes in over 75 countries.
Swedish based Karnell Group said they welcome Warwick SASCo to their portfolio of small to medium sized, niche product producing companies.
