NHS Providers has announced a podcast and video highlighting an inspirational example of how one ICS is using digital ways of working and data to improve patient flow and alleviate winter pressures.
In this podcast/video, leaders from the NHS Gloucestershire integrated care board reflect on their role in driving this work, the benefits they have seen and the unique opportunities of the ICS to harness digital to drive impact.
This recording, as well as other resources, peer learning events and bespoke digital leadership development sessions, have been developed for ICS leaders as a part of the Digital ICS programme. This programme is delivered by NHS Providers in partnership with NHS Confederation and Public Digital and is designed to support ICS leaders to harness digital to deliver their system ambitions.
