Universal blood pressure cuffs
Traditional blood pressure cuffs have tubing that is permanently attached to the cuff. There are one- and two-tube cuff versions and both styles must be purchased in a full range of different sizes. FlexiPort allows users to remove and attach the tubing on the cuff with a single universal connection point. This means that the cuffs can be used on one and two tube devices interchangeably. The results are fewer part numbers, reduced inventories and easier ordering. Furthermore, it is quicker and easier for nursing staff to locate the correct cuff to help ensure an accurate diagnosis is provided and reduce incorrect readings.
