Research and Development

UK National Service Centre

Comprehensive UK based service and dedicated field engineers demonstrate Mindray's steadfast commitment to helping clinical engineers and caregivers maximise their technology investments to manage costs and improve patient outcomes. Located in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire the Mindray UK National Service Centre prides itself on cost-effective repair and rapid turn-around. Mindray also offer advanced biomedical technical training to enable customers to fully manage their own equipment should they wish.

 

Customer Satisfaction

A recent, comprehensive customer satisfaction survey of 89 clinical engineering and procurement departments highlighted that Mindray UK has a net promoter score of 52.9%, which is in the top percentile when compared to the industry average. Results also showed that customers were most satisfied with ‘the quality and suitability of products’, the ‘knowledge of the account manager’ and ‘value for money’. And when asked to provide three words to describe Mindray, the most common answers were ‘value’, ‘quality’ and ‘reliability’.

Royal Papworth's Seal of Approval

Mindray has recently provided the Royal Papworth Hospital with comprehensive patient monitoring throughout the new facility in Cambridge. As the UK’s leading heart and lung hospital, clinicians now use one of the most advanced connected monitoring solutions in the UK, to help provide some of the highest levels of care. A winning combination of Mindray’s stateof-the-art technology, a flexible approach and willingness to go “the extra mile”, has resulted in high levels of clinical approval and customer satisfaction.
