Cardiopulmonary range extended

Early detection of heart irregularities can make a huge difference to patient outcomes.

The new Holter Systems, launched by WELCH ALLYN, can help to detect heart rhythm abnormalities over an extended period and are reported to improve patient compliance with their lightweight, compact profiles. The systems can be configured with a digital recorder to provide fast and accurate data that enables health professionals to choose a system that best meets monitoring requirements.

Two different recorders and software packages are available: the Office Holter software or Expert Holter software. Both are designed to be fast, powerful and easy-touse, while the Expert Holter software features additional detailed analysis and comprehensive editing tools.

The HF-100 and the HR-300 both offer two or three channel recording, 24 hours of recording time, pacer detection, and wireless transfer of a patient’s ECG in real time to verify electrode quality and placement.

The HR-300 also comes equipped with a display screen for real-time ECG preview or test programming and can be initialised remotely, enabling health professionals to maximise their time and skills.
