Dr Taj Hassan, RCEM President said “Constant improvement in the quality of care we provide for our patients lies at the very heart of what we do in the emergency department. The Royal College has been at the forefront of many efforts to introduce Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives to improve the care we try to deliver in our complex and at times intense working environments.” The guide can be downloadedfrom rcem.ac.uk/qualityresources
