Getinge Extended Care UK Limited has acquired, or received valid acceptances for, 95.8% of Huntleigh Technology PLC, and Huntleigh was de-listed from the London Stock Exchange on 1 February.
Getinge acquires Huntleigh
Huntleigh, which was established 30 years ago, specialises in the design and manufacture of a range of healthcare equipment including diagnostic and monitoring equipment for obstetric, vascular, cardiology and vital signs applications. Getinge Extended Care is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sweden-based Getinge AB.
