Stefan Dräger, Chairman of the Executive Board of Drägerwerk Aktiengesellschaft, is to provisionally take over as Chairman of the Executive Board of the subgroup Dräger Medical AG&Co. KG.
Prof Dr Dieter Feddersen, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Drägerwerk AG said: “Dr Reim made a considerable contribution to the growth of the company”. The Shareholder Committee, comprising representatives of Siemens AGand Drägerwerk AG, and the Supervisory Board of the company wish to expressly thank DrReim for his outstanding work during his time at Dräger.
