ARJOHUNTLEIGH has significantly invested in its national infrastructure including a new Rental Operations Centre in Manchester.
The facility will maintain, refurbish, clean and decontaminate all its rental product lines as well as providing training and conferencing facilities.
One of the company’s key areas of focus is its decontamination services. ArjoHuntleigh decontamination solutions have been designed to complement Trusts’ infection control strategies and offer maximum protection for patients and carers. The decontamination options available include thermal, chemical and ozone technology. A quotation and repair service is also offered if required. The service includes collection and return within agreed lead times. All policies and procedures are written in compliance with the most current guidance and legislation and ArjoHuntleigh is audited for consistent quality to Choice Framework for Local Policy and Procedure (CFPP) 01-04 – Decontamination of linen for health and social care: Social Care Manual.
ArjoHuntleigh utilises the services of an independent company (Andersen Caledonia) to swab its laundry facilities and vans on a regular basis to ensure it maintains the highest decontamination standards. ArjoHuntleigh also uses an ATP monitoring system for further validation of its cleaning and decontamination procedures.
