Sporicide Plus is a ready-to-use liquid surface disinfectant from DIVERSEY CARE with outstanding bactericidal, yeasticidal, fungicidal, virucidal and sporicidal performance in healthcare. It is effective against Clostridium difficile within one minute which helps meet demand for highly effective products with shorter contact or dwell times.
This innovative formulation incorporates patented Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) to provide broad-spectrum disinfection. Tests passed include EN14476 (virucidal, 30second contact), EN1276 (bactericidal, 30s), EN13697 (yeasticidal, 30s), EN13727 (bactericidal, 60s), EN1650 (fungicidal, 60s), and EN13704 (sporicidal, 60s). These demonstrate its effectiveness with realistic contact/dwell times for rapid disinfection without re-application.
It is also ideal for rapid-response applications including the removal of blood and body fluid spills. The product is simply applied and wiped away. The AHP degrades to oxygen and water alone shortly after use. Sporicide Plus is less obtrusive than chlorine-based products, helping make it better suited to areas where patients, visitors or staff are present.
