TIDI low cost, disposable blood pressure cuff barriers, available from PMS (INSTRUMENTS) can be applied in seconds and are suitable for use with any upper arm cuff.
Produced from latex free Fabricell soft tissue, fused with leak proof polyethylene film the cuff barriers are simply fitted against the patient’s arm. They are comfortable to wear as the blood pressure cuff is fitted over the barrier. The barriers are thin enough not to affect blood pressure measurements but, at the same time, provide hygienic, cost-effective protection for blood pressure cuffs. The cuff barriers are suitable for use with any 24-hour blood pressure monitor, automatic digital monitor or manual sphygmomanometer.
