The LTE Touchclave Systems range of porous load steam sterilisers have been designed to meet the stringent requirements of the healthcare market and are 97/42/EC compliant, as well as meeting EN285.
Porous load models are designed to provide a fast effective cycle and also incorporate an air detector, which not only verifies satisfactory air removal, but also monitors conditions within the chamber throughout the sterilisation stage, detecting any leaks or non-condensable gases carried over with the steam supply. Touchclave systems incorporate the latest in touch-screen technology and are powered by a state-ofthe- art PLC system. All commands are entered via the front mounted touchscreen panel, which allows easy access for servicing and testing. Cycle status is displayed during operation and details and conditions are then printed on an integral data printer, which can be verified by an optional independent paper or graphic recorder, data acquisition system or LTE’s ‘auto-comparison’ system, which monitors machine and independent data and prints out any anomaly. A comprehensive self-diagnostic ‘watchdog’ system highlights and prints any abnormalities in the cycle. A large range of models and options are available. This includes:
