A new website that provides clinical staff, including those in dental and primary care, with guidance on the effective decontamination of surgical instruments has been launched by specialist washing equipment company DAWMED INTERNATIONAL.
Within the website, users can also see DawMed’s own solutions for the washing, disinfecting and drying of surgical instruments in the clinical environment. The new DawMed Clinic is a purpose-designed compact washer-disinfector-dryer for applications where speed is essential and space is at a premium.
Machines and accessories in the Clinic range have been designed and developed in collaboration with healthcare specialists from across the DOH and NHS and are fully compliant with all current and imminent international regulations, provide fast effective cleaning, disinfection and drying prior to sterilisation as well as instrument traceability.
