Hands-free ice and water dispensing

The Scotsman range is famous for its very hard, clear and hygienic ice which is produced at -25°C. As ice is only supplied on demand, the “first-in, first-out” principle applies, ensuring that cubes are as fresh as possible. Using an infrared “magic eye” system, Scotsman hands-free ice and water dispensers identify the presence of a user when a container is placed in the dispensing area, and cubes are dispensed automatically.

The range consists of three tabletop ice and water dispensers, the MDT 5N 25, MDT 5N 40 and TC180 supported by a small footprint, floor-standing, vertical ice dispenser – the CD 40 Ice-Station.
