SMITHS MEDICAL has launched a new edition of its CADD-Solis pain management system in the UK – version 3.0.
This latest ambulatory infusion system offers Programmed Intermittent Bolus (PIB) delivery, combined with patient-controlled doses and continuous infusion in an integrated delivery system. The new customised system is designed to be easy to use and provide improved pain management. The CADD-Solis pain management system with PIB is indicated for IV PCA, PCEA, subcutaneous, epidurals, nerve blocks and surgical site infusion therapies. The system’s compact lightweight design promotes patient mobility, which is associated with improved clinical outcomes, reduced length of stay and reduced treatment costs.
