Respiratory humidifier for intensive care

Continuous inspiration of dry gas can be a serious problem for the intensive care patient. To combat this, INTERSURGICAL has introduced the new 7000 Series Respiratory Humidifier, offering an additional comprehensive solution for active humidification of breathing gases, alongside the company’s range of HMEFs.

Simple and intuitive, the device has several advanced features, including one touch mounting of a humidification chamber, IPPV/NIV/manual temperature selection, accurate alarm location and priority panel and a configurable LED display. With this launch, the company can provide respiratory support to adult, paediatric and neonatal patients ventilated by ET tubes, tracheostomy tubes or NIV interface. The device complements Intersurgical’s broad range of intensive care products, including humidification chambers, single- and dual-limbed heated wire breathing systems and breathing filters.
