Users of CME’s full infusion pump range can choose from four standard support options which all aim to deliver high quality service with a fast turnaround and the tailored packages are delivered by an ISO 13845 certified service process providing extra peace of mind.
Now, for increased flexibility, there is also the opportunity to adapt support to meet individual needs through a series of additional clip-on options. These include a service scheduler which gives email and phone reminders when services are due, service cover carried out on site and a replacement device on loan while work is carried out.
