Triple Red Endoscopy RO systems are designed and tested to comply with the water quality standards set out in HTM01-06 and EN ISO15883.
Our systems will provide RO water for final rinse or all stages of the wash cycle, depending on local requirements.
All systems benefit from a user programmable, fully automatic thermal disinfection cycle to maintain compliant output water quality. The HeRO is a small footprint, packaged solution where space is at a premium and demand is low to moderate. Larger eROS systems can supply busier departments where the demand is highest. All systems are available in duplex configurations for contingency and guaranteed up-time.

Quality and Compliance
As an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company, quality is a priority at Triple Red.
This includes both internal procedures and work carried out on customer premises. Every process is monitored and audited to maintain the highest standards.
Service and Support
Triple Red offers on-call service engineer support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response to site is 8 working hours or less. All service vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking devices so that the nearest available engineer will be directed to you in an emergency whilst you can be kept informed of their arrival time. Triple Red doesn’t use call centres and won’t sub-contract out breakdown or service cover. We fix over 90% of jobs first time.
Equipment training is free of charge on installation and refresher training is delivered on site at your convenience, free of charge to contract customers.
We can also provide advanced engineer training and troubleshooting courses if required.
Long Term Commitment and Partnership
Servicing new equipment is straightforward, but when equipment ages it needs more engineering support. Some suppliers are keen for you to buy new equipment before it is necessary, but Triple Red will weigh up the pros and cons and provide advice on the best course of action for your business – not for ours.
Triple Red offers comprehensive packages to ensure that you always have a supply of consumable items to support your RO water system.
We are able to offer the convenience of next day delivery as standard on stocked consumable items for orders received before 3pm.
If consumables or parts are required urgently, delivery can be guaranteed from 9am the next day. Critical spares packs held on site enable a rapid fix and minimal time spent at risk.
